In Saudi Arabia, Ukrainian entrepreneurs presented the Loki UAV.
The drone was shown at the World Defence Show 2024 exhibition, which is held in the city of Riyadh.
The Gor UAV and two types of Shark reconnaissance UAVs were also shown at the exhibition.
The Loki UAV was developed by ALTAIR Technologies, which in 2023 became part of the National Association of the Ukrainian Defense Industry. The company has a research and production base in Ukraine and the UAE.
Altair Technology develops, manufactures and maintains reconnaissance and combat unmanned systems, as well as means of defeating them.
Loki is designed to be launched using pneumatic launchers and horizontal landing with a short runway roll.
The UAV has a range of tele and video signals from 10 to 25 km.
In addition, it can reach a maximum flight altitude of 1,500 m and has a cruising speed of 72 km/h, with a speed range of 60-150 km/h.
